Affiliate Program Terms

These Terms describe how we will work with you under the Affiliate Program, and other aspects of our business relationship. 

If you do not agree to these Terms, we may not allow you to participate in our Affiliate Program. 

We reserve the right to amend or change the Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion and without prior notice, including changing the commission payout policy and interest, suspending or limiting affiliate programs and/or the affiliate account. Amendments shall become effective upon approval of the Terms and Conditions and posting of the new Terms and Conditions on the Website. We update these Terms periodically. We may also choose to replace these Terms entirely if, for example, the Affiliate Program changes, ends or becomes part of another program, including our Affiliate Programs. If we update or replace the Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Website or by electronic means, which may include a notice on the Website or in a designated email. If you do not agree to the update or replacement, you may choose to terminate the agreement by notifying us accordingly.

The information provided during the registration process will be stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union. By registering for the Affiliate Program, you agree to the Privacy Policy and these Terms.

By continuing to use the website, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, including on the basis that they may be amended, supplemented or otherwise changed from time to time. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that they are familiar with any updated Terms. 

Becoming an Affiliate

Any person over the age of 18 who has registered and been approved for an Affiliate Program profile (using the registration link we provide when registering for the Affiliate Program) may be an Affiliate.

To become a member of the Affiliate Program, you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and other Terms and Conditions available on this website, have paid the required amount of money as a start-up deposit on the website we offer (available on the application form) and have completed the application form, accurately and correctly providing the requested information, including personal data. We will review the application and, if necessary, contact you for more information. Compliance with the Terms set out herein does not guarantee Affiliate status and does not automatically entitle you to the payments described herein. We will decide whether to approve or reject a participant after reviewing the application form and obtaining additional details of the contributions made. We reserve the right to refuse Affiliate status at our sole discretion. 

After reviewing the form, if you are accepted to participate in the Affiliate Program, you will be sent a notification of our approval to the email address provided. Information about the collaboration opportunities will appear in your Affiliate Profile, which will be provided by the banners you are promoting by adding the URL according to the program logic described in your profile. If you need further information about the logic of the program, you may contact us via your profile and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Upon notice of approval, these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with the Terms set out below. If, in the course of the partnership, we become aware of any breach or fraudulent conduct, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement and you will no longer be able to participate in the Affiliate Program. By enrolling in this Affiliate Program, you consent to us sending you email reminders and marketing information from us and our Affiliates.

Affiliate Transactions

Affiliate Commission Payments will be paid to the bank account or crypto wallet address of the Affiliate once a week for the amount of Affiliation Commission accrued during the previous 7 calendar days. This is generated when someone completes a transaction in one of the casino accounts by providing the Affiliate’s identifier. 

A cash payout is made for each new active Referral User who completes a relevant transaction after clicking on the Affiliate banner in your profile, provided that you remain entitled to receive the Commission in accordance with the Terms of this Agreement.  

All funds received under the Affiliate Program are recorded in the User’s balance and are paid out once a week. 

In order to receive payment under this Agreement, you must: agree to the Terms of this Agreement; take all necessary steps to create your account on the Website as instructed; provide a valid and up-to-date payment method; complete all necessary information on the Application Form so that we can process any payments that may be due to you.

We will determine the exchange rate depending on the payment method chosen. The Affiliate is responsible for the payment of any and all taxes and fees (including bank charges) applicable to the Commission Payments. We may deduct any amounts payable by us to you from any amounts due to us from you. We reserve the right to change or amend the Commission Payments in accordance with the Affiliate Program Terms. 

Termination of Contract

Either party may terminate its compliance with these Terms at any time by giving a written notice to the other party at the email address provided.

We may terminate this Agreement: if we find a breach of this Agreement or if insolvency proceedings are commenced against you; if you breach the Agreement, including if you fail to meet your payment obligations to us or our Affiliate; or immediately if we determine that you are acting or have acted in a way that adversely affects or may adversely affect us, our reputation or our customers.

Termination of the Agreement will result in the cessation of any payment of Commissions or other charges. 

Upon termination, your membership of the Affiliate Program will cease and your ability to use the Affiliate Profile on the Website will cease. 

Affiliate Acknowledgements and Guarantees

You acknowledge and guarantee that: you have full and sufficient rights and permissions to participate in the Affiliate Program, your participation in this Affiliate Program will not contravene any treaty or agreement in force in your country, you are at least 18 years of age, any information provided is true, accurate and not misleading.

The Affiliate represents that its activities hereunder or otherwise in connection with its dealings with you will not infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right or right of publicity or privacy of any third party.

The Affiliate shall comply with laws, ordinances, regulations and standards relevant to the subject matter of the Terms.

The Affiliate shall be liable for any willful or malicious act, negligence or other breach in connection with these Terms for which liability is imposed by law or regulation.

The Affiliate undertakes not to mislead the users or damage the image of the company or cause sanctions against the company. No compensation will be paid to the Affiliate for users who are attracted by prohibited methods. The Affiliate acknowledges that violations may result in sanctions or account suspension.

The Affiliate undertakes to inform us of any event that may affect future cooperation within a maximum of 7 days. The Affiliate also undertakes to inform us of any changes to their data. 

We have the right to request information that we deem necessary to verify identity or protect against fraud or other possible criminal offenses. The Affiliate agrees that the information provided may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities for the protection of legitimate interests and rights. 

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website and any content provided in connection with our services, as well as trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and icons, are the property of the Platform Manager or its Affiliates and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties and regulations. The Affiliate agrees not to remove any copyright notices or other indications of protected intellectual property rights from the materials it receives from the Platform. The Affiliate does not acquire any intellectual property right, title or license to use such materials or the Website except as provided in these Terms and Conditions. Images displayed on the Website are the property of, or used with permission by, the Platform Manager. The Affiliate agrees not to upload, publish, reproduce or distribute any information, software or other material protected by copyright or any other intellectual property rights (as well as rights of publicity and privacy) without first obtaining permission from the owner of such rights and prior demonstrable authorisation from the Platform.

Responsibility

The Affiliate shall be fully liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever to the Company in connection with any claims, actions, proceedings, losses or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate’s activities under the Affiliate Program or breach of the Terms, use of our services or violation of the law or the legitimate interests of third parties. 

Other Terms

These Terms have been drawn up and are implemented in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Any disagreements with the observance of the Terms shall be settled by mutual negotiations. If no agreement is reached in this way, any disputes arising shall be settled by Commercial Arbitration in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

Participation in the Affiliate Program is voluntary and any personal data provided is used with the consent of the participant, except as provided for in the Privacy Policy.  

The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are independent and severable from each other, and if any of them for any reason becomes, in whole or in part, inconsistent with or inapplicable to the provisions of laws and regulations, this shall in no way affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions.
