3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Register at SlotsFighter.com and join the Lucky Punch Gamble Telegram channel: https://t.me/luckypunchpower.
2. Enter the daily jackpot at SlotsFighter.com every day.
3. To qualify, the participant must be registered at WatchMeWin Casino via a SlotsFighter or Lucky Punch channel link and have an active player account.
4. Enter the daily MINOR with no deposit required by submitting the email address used to register at the casino.
5. To qualify for the daily MAJOR jackpot, add a comment that includes a deposit screenshot showing a deposit made at WatchMeWin Casino on that day.

4. DAILY PRIZES DRAW

1. The draw takes place at slotsfighter.com/daily-jackpot/ every evening at 21:00, using an RNG mechanism to select the winner at random.
2. The daily MAJOR jackpot of €200+ is paid to the winner whose comment contains a deposit screenshot.
3. The daily MINOR prize of €30 is paid if the winner commented without a screenshot.
4. The winner and the prize awarded are published on the SlotsFighter website immediately after 21:00.

5. LUCKY PUNCH PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT

1. At the start of each day, €200 is credited to the prize pool.
2. If the day’s winner receives only the MINOR jackpot (€30), the unused daily amount of €170 rolls over and is added to the next day’s base prize of €200 (including any existing rollover).
3. The jackpot continues to grow without limit until it is won by a winner with a deposit screenshot.

6. DETERMINING THE MONTHLY CHAMPION

1. At the end of the month, all daily winners from that month who won with a deposit screenshot are compiled.
2. The Monthly Champion is the player who, on their winning day, submitted the largest deposit.
3. Each Monthly Champion secures one of 12 spots in the USC Annual Final.

7. ANNUAL FINAL

1. The twelve Monthly Champions compete in the Annual Final in January 2026 during Lucky Punch livestreams. The USC winner is determined over three consecutive Lucky Punch livestreams (Round 1, Round 2, Grand Final). The Annual Final begins with six 1-on-1 bouts, with each winner advancing to the next round. Winners of Round 2 compete for the overall €50,000 Grand Final prize pool.
2. Round 1 consists of six 1-on-1 duels. Each player is assigned a casino account loaded with €750. Players who finish the 30-minute duel with the higher account balance advance to Round 2.
3. Round 2 consists of three 1-on-1 duels. Each player is assigned a casino account loaded with €1,000. Players who finish the 60-minute duel with the higher account balance advance to the Grand Final, where the €50,000 prize pool is contested.
4. Three players (the winners of the previous two rounds) compete in the Grand Final. Each player is assigned a casino account loaded with €3,000. The USC Champion is the player who finishes the 120-minute session with the highest account balance.
5. The Grand Final winner receives €30,000 and the USC Champion’s Belt.
6. The Grand Final runner-up receives €15,000. The third-place finisher receives €5,000.
7. Grand Final players may choose games without restriction (slots, live casino, live sportsbook). The minimum slot bet is €1. The minimum live casino and sportsbook bet is €50.
8. Any player may participate in an unlimited number of Daily Draws, but no player may earn more than one spot in the Annual Final. If a player wins again, the Annual Final spot passes to that month’s runner-up.
9. All players must not pause play for longer than 30 seconds. The Lucky Punch Finals referee may penalize players for violations at their discretion, including disqualification or deduction from the casino account balance.

8. PRIZE PAYOUTS

1. Daily prizes are credited the next day to the winner’s casino account after identity and deposit verification.
2. Annual Final cash prizes are paid to the participant’s designated bank account or crypto wallet within 7 days after results are confirmed.

9. DISQUALIFICATION

1. A player may be disqualified in cases of non-compliance, fraud, rule-bending, or providing false information.
2. In the event of disqualification, prizes are voided and the place is taken by the next eligible participant.

These rules take effect on 16 June 2025 and supersede all previously published USC tournament rules, except for the Annual Final structure, which remains unchanged.

10. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Participant must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions in full without any exceptions, including these expressly set out below.
2. SlotsFighter accepts no liability to any person in the event of force majeure or act of any governmental or legal authority. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
3. The Participant acknowledges that the laws governing online gambling vary from place to place and that it is the Participant’s sole responsibility to comply with any laws, regulations, or directives in force in his/her country of residence.
4. The Participant understands and agrees that SlotsFighter is unable to provide legal advice or representations. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws and that they are legally entitled to participate in the Tournament. By participating, the Participant declares that he/she does not consider the Tournament to be offensive, unacceptable, unfair, or inappropriate.
5. In the event of any breach of these Rules, SlotsFighter reserves the right to permanently exclude the Participant from the Tournament and forfeit any winnings obtained during the Tournament.
6. The Participant may only use their personal details when registering. If SlotsFighter becomes aware that another person’s data has been used, SlotsFighter reserves the right to cancel the entry.
7. The Participant is fully responsible for the data entered during registration. If SlotsFighter suspects that the data is false, SlotsFighter reserves the right to request additional information.
8. The Participant has the right to request to be excluded from the competition.
9. The Participant may be disqualified if SlotsFighter deems that the information provided does not comply with the rules and guidelines or if the Tournament has been abused in any way. SlotsFighter may, in its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, terminate access to the Tournament and any media channels it operates.
10. Registration and participation of minors is prohibited.
11. SlotsFighter reserves the right to amend or change the rules at any time. Amendments take effect upon approval and posting of a notice of change on the Website.
12. All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are the property of SlotsFighter or its affiliates and are protected by copyright laws and international regulations. The Participant does not acquire any intellectual property rights except as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
13. The Participant agrees not to upload, publish, reproduce, or distribute any material protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights without permission from the rights holder and prior written permission from SlotsFighter.
14. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Tournament Makers harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to:
    1. The Participant’s access to or use of the Website or Services;
    2. Any breach by the Participant of any term of these Terms.

General Rules

1. The Participant must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions in their entirety without any exceptions, including these expressly set forth terms below.

The Participant understands and agrees that Lucky Punch is unable to provide the participant with any legal advice or representation, that it is the participant’s own responsibility to ensure at all times that it complies with the laws applicable to it and that it has the full legal right to participate in the tournament. Only the participant himself makes a choice and takes the risk of participating in the tournament. By participating in the tournament, the participant acknowledges that they do not consider the tournament to be in any way offensive, unacceptable, unfair or indecent.
5. If a Participant violates these Terms, Lucky Punch reserves the right to permanently exclude a Participant from the tournament and confiscate winnings obtained in the course of the tournament.
6. When registering for the tournament, the Participant may only use their personal data. If Lucky Punch becomes aware that a Participant has registered with another person’s data, Lucky Punch has the right to cancel participation in the contest.
7. The Participant is solely responsible for the data entered during registration. If suspected that the data is false, Lucky Punch reserves the right to request additional information from the Participant.
8. The Participant has the right to demand that they be excluded from participation in the competition.
9. A Participant may be disqualified from the tournament if Lucky Punch believes that the information provided by the Participant will not follow any rules and guidelines, or if Lucky Punch determines that the Participant has abused the Lucky Punch tournament in any way. Upon receipt of such notification, the Participant agrees to terminate their participation in the tournament. The Participant agrees that Lucky Punch may, in its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, terminate access to the tournament and any of the media channels managed by Lucky Punch.
10. Registration of minors and therefor participation in the tournament is prohibited.
11. Participation in the tournament is prohibited if the Participant is included in the Register of Self-Excluded Persons.
12. Lucky Punch reserves the right to amend or change the terms at any time. The amendments come into force at the moment when the terms are approved and a notice of changes is published on the website.
13. All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and icons are the property of SLOTSFIGHTER ENTERTAINMENT LTD or its affiliates and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties and regulations. The Participant agrees not to delete any copyright notices or other indications of protected intellectual property rights from the materials it receives from Lucky Punch. The Participant does not acquire any intellectual property rights, rights or license to use such materials or the Website, except as provided for in these Terms, the images displayed on the Website are either the property of Lucky Punch or are used with permission. The Participant undertakes not to upload, publish, reproduce or distribute information, software or other materials protected by copyright or any other intellectual property rights (as well as rights of publicity and privacy) without the prior permission of the owner of such rights and the prior written permission of Lucky Punch.
14. The Participant agrees to indemnify the tournament creators from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with the following circumstances:
    • the Participant’s access to or use of the website or services;
    • violation by the Participant of any provision of these terms.
