Terms & Conditions

Overview

1. Participants must purchase a can or cans of Lucky Punch Energy Drink, keep their receipts, and register each receipt via their SlotsFighter.com account during the Promotion Period to earn tickets.
2. Tickets: 1 ticket per can shown on a valid, qualifying receipt.
3. Online purchases of Lucky Punch Energy Drink cans are also included. Proof of payment must be uploaded.
4. Ticket count updates occur daily by 14:00 EEST.
5. Accumulated tickets determine the participant’s Level.
6. On November 30th, 2025, during a Lucky Punch Gamble live stream, the Organizer will select 10 finalists for the Lucky Punch Energy Drink Games Final.
7. Each finalist automatically receives €1,000 and qualifies to compete in the Lucky Punch Energy Drink Games Final on December 14th, 2025.
8. It is possible for the same participant to be selected multiple times where applicable under these Terms.
9. The Organizer may amend these Terms (including clarifications to Final rules) where reasonably necessary to ensure fairness and compliance.

Account Requirement

1. To participate, you must register and remain logged in to your SlotsFighter.com account.
2. Once logged in, all submitted receipts will be visible in the account dashboard.

Receipt Submission & Verification

1. One entry per receipt. A receipt cannot be reused or resubmitted if used previously.
2. Receipts must be high-quality, clear, and legible (not blurry). The receipt ID (or unique identifier), date/time, items purchased (Lucky Punch Energy Drink), quantities, and merchant details must be clearly visible.
3. The NM number of the check must be indicated in the ‘Unique ID of the check’ section.
4. Receipts must correspond to purchases made within the Promotion Period.
5. The Organizer may request additional proof (e.g., photos of products, bank/transaction confirmation, or the original receipt).
6. Forgery or tampering (including altered images or falsified data) will result in immediate disqualification.
7. Duplicate, illegible, altered, or incomplete submissions are void.
8. Finalists’ receipts will also be verified. If forgery is discovered at any stage, the participant will be disqualified and a substitute will be selected at the Organizer’s discretion.
9. The Organizer’s determination of receipt validity is final. Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion, including multiple accounts, fraudulent receipts, use of automated tools, or any breach of these Terms, may result in disqualification.

Levels 

1. Ticket thresholds are cumulative. Your Level is based on your total tickets accrued by the relevant cut-off.
   1. Base Level: 1+ tickets. From this level, 1 participant will be selected for the Final.
   2. Bronze Level: 100+ tickets. From this level, 2 participants will be selected for the Final.
   3. Gold Level: 200+ tickets. From this level, 2 participants will be selected for the Final + each will receive a Lucky Punch Energy Drink baseball cap.
   4. Platinum Level: 500+ tickets. From this level, 2 participants will be selected for the Final + each will receive a Lucky Punch Energy Drink T-shirt.
   5. Diamond Level: 1,000+ tickets. From this level, 3 participants will be selected for the Final + each will receive a Lucky Punch Energy Drink hoodie.
2. In addition to the guaranteed spots and merchandise above, reaching a higher Level increases your chances of being selected. Participants at a higher Level are included in their own Level draw and in all lower-Level draws. For example:
   1. Base participants are eligible in the Base draw only.
   2. Bronze participants are eligible in the Base and Bronze draws, cumulating 3 spots.
   3. Gold participants are eligible in the Base, Bronze, and Gold draws, cumulating 5 spots.
   4. Platinum participants are eligible in the Base, Bronze, Gold, and Platinum draws, cumulating 7 spots.
   5. Diamond participants are eligible in all level draws, accumulating 10 spots total.
3. Merchandise fulfillment (24-packs, caps, T-shirts, hoodies) will be arranged post-validation to the delivery address provided by the participant if they reside out of Riga region. Participants residing within Riga will be able to collect their merchandise at the Lucky Punch Energy Drink office.
4. The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by the participant’s failure to provide accurate information or accept delivery. 

Selection of Finalists

1. On December 1st, 2025, during a Lucky Punch Gamble live stream, the Organizer will select 10 finalists from eligible participants in accordance with these Terms.
2. The Organizer will call selected participants during the stream at the phone number associated with their account. To qualify, participants must pick up.
3. If a selected participant does not answer when called during the Finalist Stream, the Organizer may, at its discretion, select a substitute finalist.
4. Each confirmed finalist will receive €1,000 and will be invited to participate in the Lucky Punch Energy Drink Games Final.

Lucky Punch Energy Drink Games Final

1. The Lucky Punch Energy Drink Games Final will be held on December 14th, 2025.
2. All finalists will be provided with the Final’s official rules, format, schedule, and operational details in advance of the event. The Final will test knowledge, agility, strength, and luck, with equal chances for all finalists. The Final will be conducted in an elimination format.
3. The Lucky Punch Energy Drink Games final winner will claim the prize of a Ford Mustang.

1. The promotion Lucky Punch Energy Drink Games is organized by SLOTSFIGHTER ENTERTAINMENT LTD (further on referred to as the “Organizer”), registered at 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, E14 9FP, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected] 

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open only to natural persons (no companies or legal entities) who:
   1. are registered users of SlotsFighter.com;
   2. are of legal age to participate in promotions in their jurisdiction of residence.
2. Receipts issued to legal entities are excluded and will be disqualified.
3. Employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, and members of their households, may be ineligible.

Data Protection

1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy (https://slotsfighter.com/en/privacy-policy/) and applicable laws.
2. Data may be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact participants, deliver prizes, and for lawful publicity/use of winners’ details as stated herein.
