“BAZARA 0” Takes Three Wins at “Fight Night Liepāja: Summer Edition 2”

“Fight Night Liepāja: Summer Edition 2” returned to the open-air Concert Garden “Pūt, vējiņi!” on August 8th, in which the top performers earned their spots on the upcoming “Fight Night Liepāja 6” event set for April of 2026. Watch the full stream replay below!

It was overall a great night for the “BAZARA 0 Fight Club” team, with 3 out of 4 members celebrating victories. Local boxing star Francis Rozentāls lived all the way up to his billing in the main event, stopping Giorgi Tevdorashvili by technical knockout in the first round

Rozentāls, who has taken upon himself to keep the Latvian boxing fans well-entertained, made a flashy “Terminator”-esque ring entrance on a motorcycle and wasted no time once the bell rang, bumping his professional record up to 10–0. Notably, this was the first time Tevdorashvili had been stopped in the opening round in a decade.

The card also featured Mareks Krauklis — a fighter with 12 wins in 15 hybrid amateur/pro fights (and notably the brother of Ričards Hauberts), who was set to face the 18-year-old Lithuanian Lovaris Bagdonavičius under MMA semi-pro rules. Krauklis defeated Bagdonavičius in 30 seconds via submission.

Another anticipated fight saw Ričards Hauberts face off with Lithuania’s Daigar Kasporovičius in an MMA rematch of their 2024 encounter at FREON: Ghetto Fight. In their first meeting, three-time Lithuanian champion in grappling Kasporovičius had narrowly beaten Hauberts on points, but this time the Latvian evened the score, winning over Kasporovičius by judges’ decision. In one of the evening’s boxing rounds, Nikijs Kurpnieks — a four-time Latvian amateur boxing champion — traded blows with Hasanjon Otajonov. The fight went the distance and Kurpnieks ultimately defeated Otajonov on points. This was Otajonov’s official professional boxing debut.
