Ričards Hauberts vs. Raimonds “Jambo” Zeps Booked for “BAZARA 0 Fight Club IV”

Ričards Hauberts vs. Raimonds “Jambo” Zeps Booked for “BAZARA 0 Fight Club IV”

“BAZARA 0 Fight Club IV” locks in the ninth confirmed matchup, and this one has been simmering for almost two years: Ričards Hauberts vs. Raimonds “Jambo” Zeps!

Back in December of 2024, at “KSPROFL Fight Night 4”, Zeps had just forced Domeniks Govoruha to tap when Hauberts stepped into the cage and hinted at a fight between the two in 2025. The calendar slipped, and both careers took off in wildly different directions, but now BAZARA 0 is making the callout official.

Ričards Hauberts is one of the most heavily backed young prospects in Latvian MMA. He fights out of the MMA Jūrmala club, is one of the BAZARA 0 ambassadors, and has been under the wing of BAZARA 0 founder Danik Vesnenok since 2024; Vesnenok has publicly called him the most talented MMA athlete in Latvia and a boy from Latvia who can make it to the UFC.

Hauberts built his name rather fast: a 2023 Latvian Open MMA Championship title, six wins in six Ghetto Fight appearances, the Ghetto Fight 68 kg pankration belt, plus listed amateur records of 13-2 in MMA and 20-1 in boxing. Latvia’s MMA federation has earmarked him for the national team.

Ričards went toe-to-toe with Yaroslav Kuzoma for a draw at the very first “BAZARA 0 Fight Club” in August of 2024, returned from a broken collarbone to drop a grappling-heavy decision to Niks Bemberis at “BAZARA 0 Fight Club II”, and then ran a full trilogy with Lithuanian grappler Daigar Kasporovičius: a narrow points loss at FREON: Ghetto Fight in 2024, a decision win at “Fight Night Liepāja: Summer Edition 2” in August of 2025, and a scorecard loss in the trilogy decider at “BAZARA 0 Fight Club III” this January, where Hauberts could not manage to score. In between, on October 11th of 2025, he submitted Sigurds Ariels Stūrītis in an MMA bout at “KOK 127” inside Xiaomi Arena. Yeah; hold that thought!

Raimonds “Jambo” Zeps might be the most format-fluid teenager in the Baltics. Born in Riga on September 11th, 2006, he’ll step into this fight one day after his 20th birthday. Zeps is cornered by coach Roberts Skujiņš of Top Ring and managed by KSPROFL founder Kaspars Rūtiņš. By the end of 2024 he already had two years of MMA behind him, a 5-4 record and extra wins in boxing and kickboxing; his own running tally now lists 4-1 in semi-pro MMA, 1-0 in professional MMA, 1-0 in bare-knuckle and a 2024 Latvian K-1 title.

Zeps has beaten Domeniks Govoruha three times: on points at “KSPROFL Fight Night 2”, by a lightning triangle choke at “Fight Night 4”, takedown 15 seconds in, tap shortly after, and by submission once more in his professional MMA debut on the “KOK 127” main card. That happened on the very same October night, in the very same Xiaomi Arena, where Hauberts collected his own submission win!

In March of 2025, Zeps also took a points win over Tomass “Tomy Gun” Bileskalns in a bare-knuckle bout at “KSPROFL Fight Night 5”. And then, his own headline-grabber: in 2025, Zeps was presented as the first Latvian to step into KING OF THE STREETS, the notorious Swedish underground league fought bare-knuckle, with no rounds and next to no rules, and he choked out Spain’s Enrique Acosta Hernandez in a reported 20 seconds. His KOTS return at “SICKO MODE” in October ended in his first defeat in the format, against Issam “El Maroc” Khaoui, leaving him 1-1 there.

So what do we have? Two fighters born months apart in 2006, two finishers from one and the same “KOK 127” card, and one unfinished conversation from a December night. There is a familiar undercurrent, too: Hauberts is Vesnenok’s protégé, Zeps lists Skujiņš as his coach, and BAZARA 0 fans surely remember how that camp rivalry played out at “BAZARA 0 Fight Club II”, where Vesnenok beat Skujiņš in the co-main event while Skujiņš’ student Bemberis edged Hauberts.
