“BAZARA 0 Fight Club IV” is, so far, already built around major cross-format matchmaking. The currently announced lineup includes Danik Vesnenok vs. Bovar Khanakov in a bare-knuckle main fight, Francis Rozentāls vs. Joilton “Brazilian Sub-Zero” Lutterbach, and the Zaur Dzhavadov vs. Kristaps Zīle rematch for the BAZARA 0 Pound-for-Pound Kickboxing title—as well as some high-class grappling between Armands Zvirbulis and Misha Cirkunov.
So, how about another all-Latvian matchup? Ricards Ozols vs. Juris Zundovskis take the spotlight!

Ricards Ozols is a Ghetto Fight champion, a two-time Latvian pankration champion; the younger, taller, perhaps more physically imposing athlete. His listed professional MMA record is 5–4–0, but the more important statistical detail is the way those fights have ended: Ozols’ recorded MMA career is built almost entirely around finishes, with his wins coming by stoppage or submission rather than points. He doesn’t let fights go to the judges!

At BRAVE CF 99 in Vilnius, 2025, Ozols faced Georgia’s Tornike “Duras” Gigauri in a professional middleweight MMA bout at Twinsbet Arena, defeating Gigauri by first-round TKO at 3:18. But the pre-fight expectation was starkly different: Tapology’s community picks for Ozols vs. Gigauri showed 160 predictions, with 99% selecting Gigauri and only 1% selecting Ozols.
At the same time, Ozols’ recent career also shows why he remains difficult to classify; he takes hard fights and doesn’t fret from them. In November 2025, he challenged Lithuanian fighter Dominykas Dirkstys in a UTMA championship bout at Žalgirio Arena in Kaunas. Dirkstys defeated Ozols by fourth-round TKO in a five-round kickboxing title fight. In January 2026, Ozols appeared again under UTMA, losing to Naglis Kanišauskas by TKO ten seconds into the third round.
It seems that this fight will be another high-risk, high-reward one for Ozols. Because Juris Zundovskis is currently on a four-fight boxing win streak and has been in the scene for a long time.
He became a three-time Latvian amateur boxing champion after a three-year break from the ring. The strongest recent domestic win on Zundovskis’ record came in February 2025, when he defeated Kristaps Zutis at KOK 125, winning the Latvian KOK Dream Boxing championship title. Zundovskis had won his previous fight by points against Kristaps Zutis and claimed the vacant Latvian light-heavyweight belt, while his boxing career at that time entailed 16 fights, eight wins and eight losses.
At “BAZARA 0 Fight Club II”, Zundovskis fought Francis Rozentāls, but faced a loss by TKO at 1:58 of the second round. He kept momentum afterwards, returning to the Pro Fight Series in Liepāja on September 27, 2025, where he defeated Jakub Nasiłowski by KO at 0:47 of the second round. He then appeared again opposite Kristaps Zutis at KOK 128 in Riga on February 21, 2026, ending, however, in a No Contest.

Both fighters will surely be looking to clear their past BAZARA 0 losses this time around: Ozols suffered a loss in BAZARA 0’s debut event, but Zundovskis held good ground at “BAZARA 0 Fight Club II”.
